How it works

  • Share your vision

    Begin by sharing your vision with our team. We’ll draft a design based on your ideas and help you select the perfect stone for your bespoke piece. This collaborative process ensures that the final design aligns with your unique style and preferences.

  • Book your order in

    Once the design is finalized, a deposit is required to commence carving. Please note that the minimum order amount is $500. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and allows us to begin crafting your piece.

    The custom carving process typically requires several weeks to complete. We may not be able to start immediately, so please allow at least one month from your initial inquiry to the completion of your design.

  • Receive Your Custom Piece

    After our artisans have completed your bespoke piece, which typically takes a minimum of 2 weeks (with a preferred timeframe of 3-4 weeks), you can pick it up from our studio. Alternatively, we can arrange delivery if you prefer.
