3. Drop Off or Send Your Jewellery: We work with customers from all over New Zealand and around the world. If you're local, you can drop off your piece at our studio. If not, you can safely send or ship it to us. We’ll provide shipping instructions to ensure it arrives securely.

4. Replacement: Our skilled artisans will carefully replace the cord, preserving the integrity and design of your jewellery.

5. Pick Up or Return Shipping: Once the replacement is complete, you can either pick up your jewellery in-store or we’ll ship it back to you, ready to wear and enjoy.
